Civil War | Ant Man Inspired Makeup

Ant Man, the comic relief of the film.

He can shrink to the size of an ant, a power that seemed rather useless to me

until I saw him in the movie.

Turns out that power makes him a valuable asset on Team Cap

Ant Man is portrayed by the very funny Paul Rudd.

Ant Man's colors are very similar to the rest of the Marvel cast; red, grays, silver and, black.

Tried to capture the detail of Ant Man's mask with the red eyeshadow.

Civil War | War Machine Inspired Makeup

War Machine AKA Rhodey, Iron Man's pal and a valuable asset to his team.

 War Machine's character is made popular by the talented Don Cheadle.

Lots of gray, a bit of silver, and a hint of red gives us War Machine's colors.

Civil War | Wanda Maximoff Inspired Makeup

Time has not been on my side lately, but here we go.

Wanda Maximoff was my next look.

Her character is made popular by Elizabeth Olsen 

in Civil War and Avengers: Age of Ultron.

The concept for this look was created in collaboration with my sister, Courtney.

Black and red again, but at least the presentations a little different.

Civil War | Vision Inspired Makeup

Next up we have Vision, Iron Man's creation/Jarvis/superhero dude, can you say #teamironman?

Vision is pretty colorful which made this look so fun to work on.

A lot of options to choose from but the closest colors are the ones circled.

The green/blue shimmer powder from Mica (see video below)

was the perfect shade for Vision's suit.

And NYX Hot Fuchsia mixed with Palladio palette got us close to Vision's skin.

And to get the gold for Vision's cape, of course I had to use glitter.

Civil War | Winter Soldier Inspired Makeup

Less than a week away from Civil War and we are up to the Winter Soldier!

If you don't know who the Winter Soldier is I do not want to SPOIL it for you.

So, go watch Captain America: The Winter Soldier and then come back, 

it's okay I'll wait...

Great! So here it is

 The Winter Soldier is Cap's best friend Bucky Barnes.

He's been through a lot so our Winter Soldier makeup is 

very smokey and dramatic.

Winter Soldier's character has been brought to life by actor Sebastian Stan.

 Black smoked out eyeshadow, red shadow in the crease, and dark lipstick

to get Bucky's beat up/worse for wear look.

Contouring with black and blending with a damp sponge to give us

an ever so faded scar on the cheek.
